Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order,1 we gladly accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in its original condition with all tags attached within 10 days of the delivery date.


Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:


  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items without original tags attached.
  • Items that are damaged or missing parts.
  • Final sale items (if applicable).
  • Gift cards.

 


Return and Exchange Process

  1. Contact Customer Service: Contact our customer service team at support@goapeshirt.com or 407-715-8625 within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. You will be provided with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning your item(s).
  2. Packaging: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Include all original tags and any accessories that came with the item(s).
  3. Shipping: Ship the package back to us using a traceable shipping method (e.g., USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, UPS Ground). You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  4. Processing: Once we receive your return, please allow [Insert Number] business days for processing 

Refunds

Processing Fee A 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover administrative and restocking costs.
Refund Method Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Higher Value Exchange If the desired exchange item is of higher value, you will be responsible for the price difference.
Lower Value Exchange If the desired exchange item is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method, minus the 5% processing fee.
Damaged/Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within [timeframe] of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you. If the desired exchange item is of higher value, you will be responsible for the price difference. If the item is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded.
