Fundraising Website
Go Ape Shirt will set up and manage a dedicated online store for the organization. This website will go live within 5 business days of the signing of this agreement and will remain active until 2 weeks prior to the Friday of the homecoming weekend.
Product Creation
Go Ape Shirt will create all designs for sale on the website or utilize designs provided by the organization. The organization is required to approve any designs created by Go Ape Shirt. The organization attests that they have the right to reproduce and sell any designs submitted for sale.E-commerce & Operations
Go Ape Shirt will handle all aspects of e-commerce, including processing payments, managing taxes, providing customer service, and overseeing all production and shipping.
Reporting
Go Ape Shirt will provide an admin login to allow the organization to view orders and sales in real time to verify amounts.
Fulfillment

Organization Responsibilities
Promotion
The organization is responsible for promoting the online store to its members and alumni through various channels, including social media, email, and internal communications.
Design Exclusivity
All designs created for or sold on the fundraising website may not be sold by the organization through any other website or sales channel.

Escalating Commission Structure
We'll use an escalating commission structure to reward your organization for higher sales. Retail pricing on the fundraising website will be 2.5 times the cost to produce the items. This means for every dollar of production cost, there is a $1.50 profit margin. Here is a proposed payout structure based on your sales benchmarks:
Tier 1:
For total sales up to $500, your organization will receive 40% of the profits.
Tier 2:
For total sales between $501 and $1,000, your organization will receive 50% of the profits.Tier 3:
For total sales between $1,001 and $2,000, your organization will receive 60% of the profits.Tier 4:
For total sales of $2,001 or more, your organization will receive 70% of the profits.Payout Process

- Total Earnings Calculation:
Earnings are a percentage of the total sales, calculated after excluding taxes and shipping fees. - Sales Report:
Go Ape Shirt will email a comprehensive sales report to the organization's treasurer within 12 business days after the closing of the web store. The organization has 2 business days to dispute the payout amount. If no response is received, the report will be assumed to be accepted and the payout will be finalized. - Payout:
The final payout will be delivered 15 business days after the Sunday of homecoming weekend.
- Payout Method:
The organization can choose to receive payment via direct bank transfer, Zelle, or a physical check mailed to the chapter's treasurer.
